At the recent Convention in Chicago in July, our team took out the Global and then International Awards for Branch Manager, Area Manager, Division Manager, Senior Division Manager, and then Senior Vice President. That is EVERY level in the Compensation Plan and that was against every country in our Park Lane family.
We have a saying in our organisation and that is ‘YOU CANNOT FAIL IN PARK LANE UNLESS YOU QUIT’…… That is true. There is always something else you can try or someone else who can help you and we will NEVER give up on you if you want it.
